We developed Orthofill because there was a need in the dentistry field for a professional and less intrusive alternative to treat gapped teeth. Teeth gap is a simple orthodontic condition which can be easily treated. It is caused by the action of a labial frenulum (the tissue around the lip) causing high mucosal attachment and less attached keratinized tissue which is more prone to recession or by tongue thrusting, which can push the teeth apart.
