Speaking section is not workjng - not connected to the server

Dear Cheng-Tsui Company,
Our Language Resource Center has Integrated Chinese Multimedia Companion Lab edition Ver 1.2 in Windows for the last 5 years or so.
We are currently having the problem with the speaking acitivity not being able to connect to the server. It used to be working properly a few years ago.
I set up the Flash Global Privacy setting just like the instruction states (http://www.cheng-tsui.com/customer_service_support/software_support/integrated_chinese/instructions_allowing_ic_cd_rom_connect), but I still receive the error message saying 'Not connected' with yellow light when I tried to do Speaking acitivity via Internet.
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
